4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of a course.

Course materials, labs, and assessments are owned by NeatMount AI or its licensors and are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute content without permission.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or financial gain.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeatMount AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the service or others.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will post the updated Terms and adjust the effective date.
